Wound care has always held a special interest for me, especially when I can not only get a wound to heal but prevent it from recurring. Wound care can be simplified into first making the wound a "clean" wound, second improve the circulation to the wound ( reduce swelling and edema), and ultimately preventing the recurrence by eliminating the cause. The challenge is to this in least amount of time and with minimal inconvenience to the patient and family.

Thanks to Dr.Alan Weiss I still have my right leg from the knee down. I was in accident in May of 1990, while on the job I tore my shine open clean to the bone and while I was in the hospital with this injury, my bone started to die and for some reason no antibiotics were working for me. But Dr.Weiss' knowledge and determination of his work, he came up with something that worked and to th his day I thank him in my head for that I'm still walking. So Dr. Weiss I hope you actually do read this so I can say THANK YOU...

It was most captivating when you shared that the cause of the wound must be eliminated. My friend wants a fast recovery for his wound. I should advise him to see a wound care physician for faster recovery.
